Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting personnel within the assigned department in the successful performance of their duties by performing necessary clerical and administrative support functions required to ensure the efficient operations of the department. Functions as a team member within the department and cross functions, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide office administrative support for Operations Department
  • Greet all visitors with a friendly, high energy, professional demeaner, while ensuring proper protocols are achieved.
  • Provide office administrative support for department.
  • Accept mail and deliveries and route to appropriate recipient.
  • Manage the conference rooms calendar and supports leaders with meal coordination, as needed.
  • Answer phones and direct all calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage office supply and SWAG inventory.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Arrange travel, reservations, and new hire / safety orientation, as needed.
  • Assist other department and special projects, as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
6-12 months MS Office Suite, efficient keyboarding, interaction across organization, all levels of personnel, and external vendors, suppliers, agencies, etc.
Preferred Qualifications

1-2 years MS Office Suite, efficient keyboarding, interaction across organization, all levels of personnel, and external vendors, suppliers, agencies, etc.
MS Office certification
