Job Description
Performance Food Group's Business Solutions team is seeking a Card Services Analyst within our Shared Services Center. The Analyst will work with employees to assist with expense reports, expense report training, policy compliance, reporting and user set up. The ideal candidate will have large company experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to provide training to small and large audiences via Microsoft Teams, email, and other platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and enforce Corporate Card and Travel Policy
  • Manage Concur Master Data changes when employees move across the organization.
  • Act as a liaison between SAP Concur, IT, Accounting and Accounts Payable on projects and system issues.
  • Work with management, Internal Audit, Concur Support and Banks.
  • Audit expense reports based on defined business rules.
  • Work with Concur users/approvers to resolve policy violations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate employee payment resolution.
  • Work with Accounting departments to reconcile credit card statements.
  • Implement process improvements & efficiencies.
  • Lead presentations and training sessions.
  • Perform other duties & projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Two+ years of general business experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal, organizational skills.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and demeanor.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment, interacting with internal customers across multiple locations and collaborate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects/tasks in a high-volume, changing environment.
• Strong computer & reporting skills including proficiency with Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP Concur Expense.
Experience with Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
Working knowledge and understanding of basic accounting.
Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
Experience in Power BI
Experience in ERP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Foodservice/distribution experience.
