Job DescriptionThe Cash Application Representative position will perform the following duties:
- Records payments received into the lockbox
- Records batches and applies to invoices
- Monitors unapplied cash and take measures to minimize
- Makes sure that cash transactions are properly recorded
- Process credit memos
- Post deposits received by mail, intercompany, drivers or sales associates
- Back up to receptionist
Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 6 - 12 Months in accounting, accounting admin support or related area and cash handling.
10 key experience
Windows experience (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED and Equivalent Experience in accounting related courses
Experience: 1 - 2 Years in accounting, accounting admin support or related area and cash handling.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to details
Utilize computer software specific to the department
