Position SummaryThe primary role of the Developer I (Informatica) position is to collaborate within a small team of developers and business analysts to develop and modify custom business applications and reports. This role will work directly with business stakeholders and IT management to elicit requirements, provide ideas for improvements, and deliver well-documented solutions that accommodate stakeholder and business process needs while ensuring that pre-defined coding standard practices are followed.Position Responsibilities Include:

• Create ETL/ELT mappings supporting the Data Warehouse environment using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
• Utilize SQL and Snowflake as data storage options and benefits of each platform. Create and debug queries supporting exhaustive unit testing and lead user acceptance testing
• Work with other developers, project managers, architects, business analysts and other departments to develop new technology and expand into existing applications
• Participate with Agile methods including define and log work using JIRA, standups, etc.
• Develop medium to large scale applications with medium complexity
• Design, develop and implement business applications using current technologies
• Develop design documents such as technical specifications, functional requirements, object modules, system test plans, technical and user documentation
• Ensure successful completion of projects that meet requirements
• Provide support to maintain existing applications
• Participate in Team Code Reviews
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience• 2+ Years Informatica Development, including IICS concepts ensuring efficient running of mappings/mapplets, lookups, and overall performance of the data warehouse load ensuring SLAs are met• Strong problem-solving skills enabling advanced troubleshooting techniques and resolutions to enhancement requests• Collaborative, self-starter, and someone who takes initiative driving resolutions and completion of projects.• Ability to work with business partners to understand complex requirements. Listen to business jargon, convert to data design and ETL/ELT solutions driving engagement and satisfaction.Preferred Qualifications• Bachelors - Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or related field• 4+ Years Informatica Development , including IICS concepts ensuring efficient running of mappings/mapplets, lookups, and overall performance of the data warehouse load ensuring SLAs are met• Experience utilizing informatica publish and scheduling processes• Experience managing real time data ingestion practices• OLTP vs OLAP database designs and proper utilization of each.
