These responsibilities include assisting in the ongoing monitoring and performance of SOX controls, close and financial reporting, providing assistance to the leasing and fixed assets teams, and support with business combinations.The Manager of Financial Reporting position will perform the following duties:

• Establishes and executes on consistent accounting policies in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); FASB standards and compliance with SEC rules and regulations.
• Manages a selection of SOX controls and provides ongoing support and monitoring for portions of our SOX programs.
• Assists the lease and fixed asset teams in fielding questions and providing detail and review level work, depending on the needs of the team.
• Assists in the preparation of quarterly and annual asset impairment analyses
• Aids with ongoing business acquisitions. This includes business combination accounting, review of third party valuations, partnering with acquired companies on push down accounting, and ongoing integration work, where needed.
• Support the external audit process, including preparation of client-prepared schedules and maintenance of financial reporting process documentation
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
