Now, as a PFG Specialty Company, we continue to provide our customers with quality seafood and passionate service.Job DescriptionResponsible for selling and promoting company products while working in a fast pace retail/wholesale environment with customers and other employees in a team atmosphere. Provides prompt, courteous, and professional one on one attention to customers. Other duties include stocking shelves, rotating product, inventory counts, and daily cleaning task. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.Selling and promoting company products while servicing the customer.Receive incoming stock items at the loading dock and transport to staging area by hand as required.Inspect items for damage, perform quality checks and temperature checks, verify lot numbers and take appropriate action as needed.Rotate date sensitive stock to the front of the rack (FIFO) and remove out dated inventory according to company policy.Disperse over stocked items to available areas for temporary storage.Select customer orders for will call, assist customers in store with selections and check out customers as required.
