Job Description
  • Responsible for stocking, maintenance, general cleaning and sanitation of the test kitchen.
  • Handles daily employee salad bar/meal maintenance, prepping, serving and clean up.
  • Coordinates with customer service and warehouse to make sure all product requirements for the kitchen/chef are arranged and delivered as needed.
  • Assist marketing with all sales meetings, test kitchen visits, food shows and employee meals.
  • Handles multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Prepare, communicate, and distribute and process promotional and superseding information to team members, appropriate departments, YUM management teams, and other OP-Cos on a weekly basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience working in a restaurant kitchen environment
Preferred Qualifications
Serv-Safe Certification
