The Performance team delivers delicious food but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams.Job DescriptionTroubleshoot, maintain, repair, replace, adjust and modify various types of production equipment including structural metal repair and preventative maintenance duties following standard accepted methods, practices and procedures in emergency and non-emergency situations and ensuring all safety and quality standards are met including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Communicates and interacts with co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company. Responsible to repair and maintenance of material handling equipment (MHE) including belt tracking, component adjustment/ replacement, component lubricant etc. Use of electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry. Troubleshoot conveyance problems and understand resources needed to resolve them. Performs complex maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet all specifications.
