Job DescriptionPerforms duties to ensure the growth of region's OpCos under his or her supervision and assists OpCo leaders in achieving annual business plan targets and growth in region's sales, and various other financial targets. Accountable for region achievement of established profit, Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA), sales growth, and other financial measures of the OpCo(s). Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
- Supervises Associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution. Recruitment, interviewing, selection, and professional development of OpCo President candidates. Demonstrate, observe and confirm key leadership skills and tasks are being developed and used by OpCo leadership.
- Create, in conjunction with each OpCo President, annual business plans and monitor through regular review. Assist in the planning and development of strategies and execution of programs and processes designed to expand the distribution channel's sales capacity, sales growth, customer and associate retention, and new customer acquisition.
- Establishes operating policies consistent with PFG's broad policies and objectives and ensures their execution. Provide guidance, advice, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established PFG policies.
- Guide and direct management in the development, promotion, and sale of the OpCo's services. Ensure that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood. Maintain leadership development practices that promote and provide for capable management succession.
- Maintain sound public relations practices to improve the company's image and relationships with customers, associates, and the public. Promote and practice effective communication and adequate flow of information. Represents the organization with customers, associates, vendors, the financial community, and the public.
- Provide effective leadership to drive attainment of OpCo's goals and objectives, evaluating performance of OpCo Presidents for compliance with established policies and objectives of the OpCo and their contributions in attaining those objectives
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 6-10 years experience, including supervisory experience, in the foodservice industry - finance, accounting, operations, and/or sales
- Must hold valid driver's license and meet company MVR standards
Preferred Qualifications- Masters degree/MBA
- Experience managing complex P&Ls
- 10+ years experience in the foodservice industry, including multi-site supervisory experience - finance, accounting, operations, and/or sales
