Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to create and implement effective campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions. Additional focus in graphic design targeting actionable communication to sales, customers and internal audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development
Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the company website.
Content Creation
Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, Google and email marketing campaigns.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms, e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Google and internal platforms.
Email Marketing
Create and monitor email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting
Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics; provide reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams e.g., sales, corporate design and branded product to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Stay Updated
Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
1 year experience in Digital Marketing or related role.
6 months -1 year experience in digital marketing tools e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe suite, Canva, Office 365 and social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and technology.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
2+ years experience in Digital Marketing or related role.
1+ years experience in digital marketing tools e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe suite, Canva, Office 365 and social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
