The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to create and implement effective campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions. Additional focus in graphic design targeting actionable communication to sales, customers and internal audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy DevelopmentDesign and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the company website.Content CreationDevelop engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, Google and email marketing campaigns.Social Media ManagementManage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms, e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Google and internal platforms.Email MarketingCreate and monitor email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences to maximize engagement and conversion rates.Analytics and ReportingAnalyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics; provide reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams e.g., sales, corporate design and branded product to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.Stay UpdatedKeep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.1 year experience in Digital Marketing or related role.6 months -1 year experience in digital marketing tools e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe suite, Canva, Office 365 and social media platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
