Position Summary:
Under direct supervision, this position ensures professional, accurate and timely processing of will call orders. This position is customer facing and performs any combination of clerical and duties requiring general knowledge and application of various work methods and procedures that may be complex and time bound. Will Call Specialist communicates with customers, vendors, co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and timely. Functions as a team member within the Sales department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Provides customer service sales support as needed
  • Supports customer requests for processing returns, recoveries, specialty meat orders
  • Coordinates and transports customer will call deliveries and pick-ups, as needed
  • Coordinates Employee Sales program - assist sales team with inventory lists and distribution lists
  • Able to hand lift and utilize a two wheeler and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product returns and specialty meat orders throughout shift; Product generally ranges from approximately 60-90 pounds
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Required Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year
Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Preferred Experience: 1 - 3 Years
CDL-B License
1 year experience operating a pallet jack; 1 year of warehouse, military or physically active job experience,
1 year Selection experience, 2 years consistent work history
