Position Purpose
The Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring product availability through regular stock checks, forecasting, and coordination with buyers and sales teams. This role supports warehouse operations by managing inventory systems and fulfilling transfer requests, contributing to efficient supply chain and customer satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities
  • Count product and locate missing inventory.
  • Forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
  • Proof slots and fulfill buyer transfer requests.
  • Perform regular stock checks and escalate any issues.
  • Operate reach truck or pallet jack as needed.
  • Communicate via email with buyers and salesforce.
  • Run reports as needed.
  • Use and learn inventory systems such as AS400 and SAP.
  • Understand product dating and rotation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
6 months prior experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics is beneficial

Preferred qualifications:

Familiarity with AS400 and SAP systems is a plus
