Job Description:
Responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment. Performs complex building repairs using various technical skills (i.e., carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.) Assists in maintaining preventive maintenance programs and procedures. Directs work and supervises vendors/technicians who repair and maintain equipment and/or systems. Conducts weekly and monthly building inspections to identify needed repairs and safety hazards. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.Benefits:

Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent ExperienceRequired Experience: 4 - 6 YearsMinimum of two years of experience in each of the following trades - carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Previous maintenance or operations experience. Strong communication skills to interact with internal customers and external vendors. Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems to record and track data. Ability to push, pull and lift 75 lbs.<Preferred qualifications:
Education: Associates/2-year technicalExperience: 6 - 10 YearsExperience in Food Processing or Manufacturing 2 years Experience in SQF facility Experience in PLCs with ladder logic, digital systems, 24V Control Wire, Electromechanical, AC motors, servo motors, VFDs, etc. highly desirable Able to read schematics efficiently Knowledge/Experience with Compressed Air in machineryEEO Statement:
