Job Description:

The Senior Transportation Representative position will perform the following duties:
  • Tracks, calculates, and coordinates driver and route information
  • Performs driver check-ins
  • Processes driver payroll efficiently and accurately
  • Assists with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulation compliance as needed
  • Schedules backhaul appointments
  • Audits driver paperwork to ensure accuracy
  • Has superior organizational skills
  • Proficient in using computers
  • Maintains attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks
  • Assist in Routing and Truck Building functions, specifically rotational on Sunday and Friday

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-2 years Transportation Exp as a Transportation coordinator or related area.

Preferred qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
2-4 years Transportation Exp as a Transportation coordinator or related area.
