Responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the production facility. Key responsibilities include hiring and training staff, establishing job standards, and setting and achieving nightly production goals. This role functions as an active team member within the department and organization and performs any duties necessary to best support the company. This position is 2nd shift typically Monday through Thursday, 4:15pm - 2:45am.Position Responsibilities

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience2-4 years Foodservice production experience including thorough knowledge of the production process and warehousing methods.Preferred qualifications:
Bachelors: Business management, operations / logistics or related area.4-6 years Foodservice production experience including thorough knowledge of the production process and warehousing methodsSupervisory experience.EEO Statement:
