Position Purpose: The Accounts Payable Accountant supports month end duties including month end reporting, analytics, accruals, journal entries and other Accountant responsibilities within the Accounts Payable department.Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete Monthly End Reporting
• Prepare month end accruals
• Prepare journal entries
• Various types of Reclassing and reconciliations
• Recurring expense management
• Monthly Tax payments
• Escheatment/Unclaimed Property management
• Annual filing of 1099's
• Audit requests as needed
• Special projects to streamline, drive efficiency, and root cause analyses
• Other assignments and responsibilities as assigned by AP Manager
• Weekly Bank reconciliations
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
