Position Summary:
Responsible for managing the Chemical and Beverage Service Department. Also, assists with sales pertaining to chemical and beverage program. Interact with customers and vendors in a friendly, timely and quality manner; ensure customers' and vendors' questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and cross-functions, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Managing the beverage department financially and dealing with all departmental personnel issues.
  • Assists with sales pertaining to our beverage program.
  • Processes bills for payment.
  • Reviews department's profit and loss margin.
  • Controls department budget and expenses.
  • Interacts with customers and vendors and answer their questions in a friendly, timely and quality manner.
  • Advises sales associates with sales and technical product information.
  • Supervises assigned staff in the performance of their duties, including scheduling, training and development counseling and performance management.
  • Processes informational flyers, e.g., what products to merchandise.
  • Determines what equipment to use for specific jobs.
  • Coordinates department meetings, food shows, sales incentive programs and sales meetings.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
4 - 6 Years Equipment and supply sales / marketing and/or related area within foodservice industry.
Supervisory experience.
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors: Electronics or related area
6 - 10 Years Equipment and supply sales / marketing and/or related area within foodservice industry.
Supervisory / management
experience.
