Position Summary:Responsible for promoting sales in center-of-the-plate (COP) category. Understands the changes in market conditions and the impact on cost of COP products. Supports sales team through demonstration and education on COP products. Functions as a team member within the department and cross-functions, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for account penetration and product presentations to customers.
• Presentation of ongoing promotions to accounts.
• Building relationships with suppliers, sales, OpCo staff, and customers.
• Support sales by providing education, training and demonstration of COP items, as necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
