Performance Foodservice is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to work with the Contracts department to carry out various clerical and accounting aspects of contract management, reporting and documentation. In this position you will:
  • Code contracts and maintain contract archive.
  • Enter contracts into pricing system.
  • Provide reports to sales associates, vendors, and customers in a timely manner.
  • Calculate and process customer rebates.
  • Maintain a database of report requirements.
  • Provide accurate and timely phone and email responses.
  • Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED.
• 1+ years accounting or contracts administrative support experience.
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient 10 key and Alpha-Numeric data entry skills, with high accuracy.
• Microsoft Word and Outlook experience.
• Ability to work in busy office, while maintaining focus on detailed tasks.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to complete fiscal period/calendar month end requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
• Associates degree or higher in Accounting or Business Administration.
• 2+ years accounting or contracts administrative support experience.
• Experience in the foodservice industry
