With the latest array of in-house manufactured food, snack, and beverage offerings, customers can choose products from a family of name brands or create their own custom-made, private label products to stand out in the market.Job DescriptionResponsible for timely financial reporting and analysis; development of annual budgets and monthly monitoring of same; payroll processing; timely payments to suppliers through accounts payable; and proper accounting of all corporate assets, rebates, fixed assets and cash. Works closely with managers throughout the Operating Company and corporate financial management on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to discuss financial performance, and submits reports as required to corporate. Assists with financial planning through analysis of historical data and current financial data; develops projections and recommendations to senior management. May oversee workers' compensation, human resources, and facilities management for the Operating Company. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.Supervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution. Ensure duties are performed in a timely and accurate manner.Ensures all monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines for accounting and financial reports are properly prepared and analyzed and all related transactions are processed. Ensures all financial reports are prepared for corporate financial management.Assists with the preparation of various financial planning reports through the analysis of appropriate data. Develops projections and recommendations for senior management review.Analyzes financial income statements, making appropriate recommendations and reporting variances. Develops appropriate procedures to properly record all accounting transactions. Identifies, defines and implements changes in financial procedures for operating staff.Oversees management of payroll and timekeeping system for the Operating Company.May be responsible for human resources and workers' compensation administration for the Operating Company.May be responsible for OpCo facilities and equipment (i.e., computers, telephones, copiers, facsimile, typewriters, postage meter, and Kronos time clock).
