Job Description
The Director of Multi-Unit Sales position will perform the following duties:
  • Obtains and maintains key account business directly or assisting other sales people in doing so.
  • Coordinates all aspects necessary for meeting the needs of the key account (products, delivery schedules, reporting needs, communication needs, and new ideas).
  • Generates product sales to new and existing customer base through marketing and skills set.
  • Interfaces with all levels of the company, customers and their company management or owners, brokers and manufacturer representatives.
  • Effectively manages personnel and related disciplinary issues.
  • Mentors and leads others in the performance of their duties in accordance with applicable laws and within company policy and procedures.
  • Organizes monthly meeting for the key accounts department
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
4-6 years experience in successfully handling customer accounts and account management. Ideally in Hospitality, Gaming Travel, or Value channels.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related area
Sales experience strongly preferred
6-10 years of required experience
National or regional/multi-unit accounts strongly preferred
