Job Description
The Warehouse Director position will perform the following duties:
  • Responsible for the coordination and workflow of the warehouse.
  • Designs and implements processes and procedures to meet the company's overall strategic operations plan.
  • Directs the ordering and upkeep of products, building, material handling equipment and inventory.
  • Supports, builds and continues initiatives for improvement in safety, quality, productivity, cost and associate relations.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Minimum of 8-10 years in a warehouse/distribution environment; Minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Foodservice distribution environment; experience with Warehouse Management Systems; Ring Scanning; AS400 experience; Budgeting, including P&L & Expense management.
