Job DescriptionThe Bilingual Spanish/English HR Coord (this position is on site) position will perform the following duties:
- Benefits administration
- Recruiting
- Coordination of employment activities
- Payroll administrative assistance
- Assistance with Workers' Compensation claims
- Assistance with employee relations
- Secretarial support
- Special projects
- Conduct orientation for all new hires
- Attend job fairs
- On Site position
- Work second shift as needed
Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent
Positive attitude
Proficient computer skills
Pleasant telephone communication
Willing to help associates in a professional manner
Maintain confidential information
Reliable, able to work in team environment
Bilingual-Spanish a must
Preferred QualificationsPrior Human Resources Experience
Associates Degree in Human Resources/Business
