The Performance team delivers delicious food but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams.Job DescriptionSupervises the troubleshooting and repair, maintenance and installations of refrigeration systems, coolers, air compressors, heating ventilation and air conditioning systems and apparatus (HVAC), basic maintenance, repairs and installations of tools and equipment, as well as, maintain, replace, build adjust and modify the facilities, buildings and the grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non-emergency situations.Observes all safety regulations and ensures quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process.Coordinates Maintenance work projects.Provides Maintenance Team training.
