The Performance team delivers delicious food but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams.Job DescriptionObserving all safety regulations and ensuring all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Provides administrative support for this area including the communication, paperwork and system data entry. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret a lot of information quickly and efficiently in a fast paced work environment.
