Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Coord position will perform the following duties:
  • Responsible for timely and accurate processing of invoices
  • Ability to problem solve discrepancy invoices issues
  • Research and respond to inquiries from employees and vendors
  • Audit and process employee expense reports

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; detail orientated and have excellent computer skills; SAP and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) is a plus.
