Job Description:

The Billing Coordinator position will perform the following duties:
  • Is responsible for the billing of vendor rebates, and samples, and for creating any required documentation to support the billings and for researching questions.
  • Determines the settlement methodology (AP debit vs. vendor receivables) and execute transactions
  • Creates and accrues purchasing documents
  • Creates and accrues chargeback documents due to sales exclusions
  • Creates composite billing transactions
  • Creates documentation required to deduct from Accounts Payable
  • Reviews billing adjustments and research questions from vendors and operating companies
  • Invoices, vendor rebates, and sales tracking
  • Bills samples and manual entries
  • Verifies proper documentation received for samples
  • Researches of vendor discrepancies
  • Scans and emails invoice and back-up to Vendors/Brokers
  • Assists Purchasing Coordinator with various duties
  • HAVI access for set up

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred qualifications:

1-2 years of billing experience. Strong Word and Excel skills.
