Job Description:

The Director of National Accounts is responsible for managing and growing relationships with PFG's most significant clients. Their key responsibilities include strategic account management, client relationship building, sales and revenue growth, cross-department collaboration, market analysis, and team leadership. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's growth trajectory by fostering collaborative partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Major Functional Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to meet the needs of national accounts while aligning with the company's revenue and growth objectives.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within national accounts.
Drive sales initiatives, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for national accounts.
Coordinate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to deliver consistent and tailored services to major clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Lead and mentor a team of account managers, setting objectives, and ensuring high performance.
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Education - Bachelor's Degree

Work Experience

• 7 - 10 Years Related experience

• 1 - 3 Years Supervisory or management experience

• Sales, account management, or business development experience, with a proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.

• Experience in leading teams and working collaboratively across departments to achieve results.

• Familiarity with the specific industry the company operates in (e.g., retail, healthcare, technology) is often an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and sustain client relationships.

• Expertise in closing deals, upselling, and achieving sales targets.

• Ability to develop and implement strategies that align with both client and company objectives.

• Proficiency in analyzing client data, market trends, and account performance metrics.

• Creativity and resilience in addressing client challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
