Job Description:

Position Purpose

The Director of Multi Unit Sales is responsible for increasing sales and bottom-line profitability within a geographic region. S/he will work in close partnership with their regional counterparts to execute on strategy aimed at growing the organization's market share, margins, profits and talent base.

Primary Responsibilities

• Grow Regional Sales, Profits and Margins.

• Manage regional sales expense by evaluating the size and productivity of the sales force to maintain an adequate sales group to service the area.

• Partner with various departments across the organization to drive positive business growth.

• Conduct Monthly Functional Reviews with each sales team/plant in the region.

• Present Quarterly Results, initiatives and updates at the Quarterly Meeting.

• Provide strategic oversight of the sales operation with their region.

• Create and maintain a working atmosphere which produces the maximum productivity, while promoting the organization's culture and the rules/policies. Grow internal talent base through aggressive and active talent management.

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Complies with all policies and standards

• Compensation Range: $82,000 - $120,000

Qualifications:

High School Diploma

2-3 Years in Foodservice Industry Sales

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

3+ Years in Foodservice Industry Sales
