Position Purpose
The E-Commerce Coordinator plays a pivotal role in bridging our marketing and technology system, to ensure the successful execution of online promotions, brand partnerships, and daily marketplace operations. You will be responsible for managing product listings, overseeing content accuracy, and executing email marketing initiatives to maximize engagement and sales. You will also support the implementation of campaigns and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.
Major Functional Responsibilities:
  • Content Maintenance: Oversee and regularly assist in updating product listings, images, and inventory to ensure accurate representation and availability on the website. This includes coordinating with product managers to launch new items, removing discontinued products, and maintaining consistent brand voice across all digital assets.
  • Marketing: Implement online marketing campaigns, website promotions, and SEO strategies aimed at increasing web traffic and driving online sales. Develop and schedule targeted email marketing initiatives, coordinate with creative teams for promotional content, and monitor campaign performance for optimization.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing tactics, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement in e-commerce strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, customer service, and logistics to support brand partnerships and ensure seamless execution of online initiatives.
  • Customer Experience: Monitor website functionality and user experience, address customer inquiries related to online purchasing and collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Education:
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Work Experience:
• 1-3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field, with proven success in managing online sales channels and digital campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
• Platform Knowledge: Proficiency with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento. Experience with third-party integrations, payment gateways, and inventory management tools is desirable.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and basic HTML coding. Ability to troubleshoot website issues and work with IT to implement improvements.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong capability to interpret data and optimize both sales performance and user experience.
• Communication: Excellent organizational skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and work across departments.
