Position Purpose
Warehouse associates are the foundation of our company's success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process while ensuring quality standards.
As an Inventory Auditor, you will monitor and maintain the accuracy and adequacy of Operating Company inventories.
Primary Responsibilities
The Inventory Auditor compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Inventory Tracking: Count material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and post totals to inventory records.
  • Data Verification: Compare physical inventories to office records; verify clerical computations and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports such as inventory balances, weekly cycle counts, and production breakdowns.
  • Quality Control: Monitor inventory rotations, review daily reports, and maintain shrink at or below company standards.
  • Supply Management: Prepare lists of depleted items and recommend surveys of defective or unusable items.
  • Compliance: Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of inventory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and intermediate general computer skills.
• Ability to communicate information accurately and apply strong math skills.
• Must be able to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products weighing between 10-35 lbs and generally up to 60-90 lbs (depending on location).
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry storage).
• Must pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
