Position Details
The primary function of this position is to pack meat in boxes, seal, label and stack finished product on pallets according to work order specifications and customer preferences, as well as assemble boxes, clean packaging area and equipment ensuring all GMP and quality standards are met and to maintain the efficient flow of product through the production process.

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Experience: 1+ year experience in the food service industry or food production environment. 3+ months of experience in a physically demanding role (e.g., warehouse, food service, construction, or a similar environment) Skills Ability to stand for extended periods, up to six hours per day Ability and willingness to work in cold environments such as refrigerated storage or meat processing facilities Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 lbs on a regular basis.Preferred qualifications:
Experience in fast-paced working environments preferred Familiarity in SQF/HACCP environment preferred Spanish speaking or Bi-lingual Spanish-EnglishEEO Statement:
