The Mechanical Trainee in Maintenance assists in the upkeep, repair, and inspection of equipment and facilities

while gaining hands-on experience and training. Their responsibilities include routine maintenance, repairs and

troubleshooting, safety procedures, documentation, training, and collaboration. This role is ideal for individuals

eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently

• Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems under supervision

• Learn and apply safety protocols during maintenance activities

• Help maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and equipment conditions

• Participate in on-the-job learning opportunities to develop technical skills

• Work closely with senior maintenance staff on various projects

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications:

Required Education:

• High School Diploma/GED or

Equivalent Experience

Required Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of experienced maintenance professionals is essential.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to operate hand, power, and specialized tools.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Comfortable working in various environments, including industrial or outdoor settings
