We Deliver the Goods:Responsible for learning OSHA safety programs and systems; operations business processes, systems & tools; and performance management.
Collaborates with all frontline managers to learn the day-to-day business operations (Warehouse Manager, Transportation Manager, Inventory Manager,)
Works with safety to continue to create a safety conscious culture
Completes the assigned Perform curriculum and all other assigned training courses
Performs other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.• 2 - 4-year degree in Business or related field, or experience equivalent to schooling.• Proficient knowledge of warehouse management systems, email systems, and Microsoft Office (word, Excel, etc.).Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree is Supply Chain, Business or related field is preferred. • 1 - 2 years of leadership experience in the warehouse, transportation, or distribution field is preferred.• Experience in food service, wholesale, retail or convenience is highly desired.• OSHA Forklift operator certificate.EEO Statement:
