• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience Associates/1-year technical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required • 0 - 6 Months • Ability to work independently as well as interact with other departments. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access. • Ability to organize, prioritize and meet critical tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. • Ability to accept changing work demands and seek opportunities to improve food safety systems. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. • Ability to adhere to all safety rules, policies and regulations in relationship to OSHA standards. Maintain and follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, OSHA and OLM Food Solutions standards to include safe work practices. RequiredPreferred qualifications:
