Position Purpose
The Lead Warehouse, Repack position is responsible for overseeing daily repack operations, ensuring quality control, and supporting team performance.
Major Functional Responsibilities
  • Oversees daily repack operations and assigns tasks to team members.
  • Ensures all work is completed according to company health and safety policies.
  • Trains new employees on repack procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.
  • Reads production schedules and prepares required repacks from full cases.
  • Inspects product for quality including weight, count, and appearance; separates damaged items.
  • Ensures proper labeling and stacking of repacked items for inventory.
  • Follows HACCP guidelines and ensures sanitation of repack room and equipment.
  • Monitors team performance and provides feedback to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinates with warehouse supervisors to meet production goals and timelines.
  • Completes required documentation and reports related to repack activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and maintains compliance with all policies.

Qualifications:

Required Education
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Work Experience
1 - 3 Years related warehouse or production experience
Required Qualifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in foodservice distribution and repack operations
Knowledge of HACCP and sanitation standards
Ability to train and mentor team members
Proficiency in documentation and reporting
