• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.• 3+ years of training and talent development experience, including developing learner-centered content, training/learning facilitation, and program development for various levels of employees.• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment while remaining detail oriented.• Experience delivering leadership and training programs across large, distributed teams. • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint• Ability to travel internationally (Canada) extensively as required, up to 50% of the timePreferred qualifications:
• Experience in wholesale distribution, logistics, or multi-site operations.• Training or coaching certification (ie. Certified Coach , ATD Training & Facilitation, etc)• Experience with or able to learn graphic design or marketing skills• Familiarity with performance enablement models, and training engagement analyticsEEO Statement:
