Job Description:

The Senior Financial Margin Coordinator position will perform the following duties:
  • Administrative support for managing and analyzing sales margin (Gross Profit percentage, dollars per case and dollars per drop) by company, sales representative and customer.
  • Assist in monitoring cost and pricing of products by category to ensure profit expectations while growing sales.
  • Analyze daily orders for cost errors or price discrepancies.
  • Ensure accuracy of cost for bids prior to calculating and roll process.
  • Assist in performing basic financial analysis.
  • Prints report for management or other departments; maintain accurate records.
  • Back-up other Accounting, Finance or administrative support staff, as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
6-12 months experience in Accounting, Accounting administrative support.
Critical thinking and attention to detail.
Moderate to Advanced Excel skills.

Preferred qualifications:

Associate or greater degree in Accounting, Accounting administrative support or related area.
1-2 years experience in Accounting, Accounting administrative support or related area.
