Position Purpose:
Responsible for effectively handling the day-to-day administrative functions of the procurement department. This role plays a key part in documenting procurement agreements, programs, and processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Position Functions:
  • Document procurement agreements, programs, and related terms, including pricing, service levels, and deliverables
  • Support the administration of supplier programs, including tracking participation, compliance, and key milestones
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation related to procurement activity, agreements, and programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations, program owners) to ensure procurement documentation is complete and accurate

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
3-5 years of Procurement and / or administrative experience in related area.
Required Qualifications:
•Experience working with contracts, pricing, procurement policies and internal controls.
• Power BI building, maintaining dashboards and using Power BI for operational or executive
reporting
• SharePoint organize, managing document libraries and control permissions.
• Connecting to multiple data sources (ERP, Excel, SharePoint lists)
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and work cooperatively with in-house personnel. Must be able to maintain confidential information. An understanding of the distribution process is helpful.

Preferred qualifications:

Associates/2-Year Technical
5 or more Years of Procurement administrative experience in related area within foodservice industry.
