Job Description:

The Senior Transportation Representative position will perform the following duties:
  • Tracks, calculates, and coordinates driver and route information
  • Answers and solves transportation issues based on extensive transportation and company specific knowledge.
  • Processes driver payroll efficiently and accurately
  • Assists with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulation compliance as needed
  • Audits driver paperwork to ensure accuracy
  • May assist with training. Trains drivers in proper completion of paperwork.
  • Has superior organizational skills
  • Proficient in using computers
  • Maintains attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
3-5 Years transportation coordination or related area

Preferred qualifications:

Transportation coordination within foodservice industry
