Job Description:

The Transportation Coordinator position will perform the following duties:
  • Tracks, calculates, and coordinates driver and route information
  • Performs driver check-ins
  • Processes driver payroll efficiently and accurately
  • Assists with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulation compliance as needed
  • Schedules backhaul appointments
  • Audits driver paperwork to ensure accuracy
  • Has superior organizational skills
  • Proficient in using computers
  • Maintains attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Computer skills, Time management, Multitasker
Must be able to work the required schedule below:
Sunday: 9pm-7am
Monday: 10pm - 2am
Tuesday: 10pm-7am
Wednesday: 10pm-7am
Thursday: 10pm-7am

Preferred qualifications:

CDL License and 1 year experience in the trucking industry
